1.5 oz. American Fifth I Wish Riskey
1/2 oz. Luxardo cherry juice
1/2 oz. fresh lime juice
1/4 oz. house-made simple syrup
2 Luxardo cherries
Muddle cherries with cherry juice and lime juice in shaker. Add remaining ingredients. Shake. Double strain into chilled martini glass. Garnish with lime rose on skewer.
