1/2 oz. blueberry juice
1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz. house-made vanilla simple syrup
1/2 oz. beet juice
Build all ingredients in iced shaker. Stir and pour into chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a dash of Black Ink Bitters Blueberry Vanilla
