American Fifth Wheat Whiskey, beet juice, strawberry lemonade, house-made rosemary syrup, fresh lemon juice, egg white

1.5 oz. American Fifth Wheat Whiskey
1.5 oz. beet juice
1 oz. strawberry lemonade
3/4 oz. house-made rosemary syrup
1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
1 egg white

Build all ingredients in shaker. Dry shake. Wet shake and double strain into chilled coupe glass. Garnish with beet slice skewered with rosemary sprig.
