1.5 oz. Spartan Malt Whiskey
1 bar spoon brown sugar
1 dash Cocktail Experiment Chicory Bitters
1 dash Orange bitters
1 dash deionized water
Muddle bitters, water and brown sugar in rocks glass. Add Spartan Malt Whiskey and block ice cube. Stir once. Garnish with long orange twist.
