American Fifth Bourbon, lapsang souchong tea, house-made elderberry syrup, raw egg white

1.5 oz. American Fifth Bourbon
1 oz. lapsang souchong tea
1/2 oz. elderberry syrup
1 egg white

Build all ingredients into shaker. Dry shake. Add ice and wet shake. Double strain into chilled rocks glass. Garnish with sage leaf.
