Yuzu-flavored Vodka, house-made basil/lemongrass syrup, freshly-squeezed lime juice, basil, tonic.
1.5 oz Yuzu-flavored Vodka or American Fifth Vodka
1/2 oz. house-made basil/lemongrass syrup
1/2 oz. freshly-squeezed lime juice
3 basil leaves
3 oz. tonic
Muddle basil leaves, lime juice and basil/lemongrass syrup in shaker. Add remaining ingredients and ice. Shake and strain into iced highball glass. Top with tonic. Garnish with basil leaf.
