1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
1/4 oz. fresh lime juice
1/4 oz. house-made simply syrup
1 egg white
Build all ingredients in shaker. Dry shake. Pour over ice in rocks glass. Garnish with star anise and spray of Peychauds.
