3/4 oz. house-made mint simple syrup
3/4 oz. fresh lime juice
2 oz. soda
6 mint leaves
Muddle mint leaves and mint simple syrup in highball glass. Add ice, American Fifth White Rum and lime juice. Top with soda. Stir. Garnish with 3 activated mint leaves.
