1.5 oz. American Fifth Bourbon
1 oz. over-steeped tea
1.5 oz. elderberry simple syrup
1/2 oz. grapefruit juice
1 egg white
Build all ingredients in shaker. Dry shake. Add ice. Wet shake. Strain into chilled coupe glass. Garnish with black tea and cardamom.
