Scarborough Fair (35.4% ABV)

American Fifth Gin, house-made honey & herb syrup, Peychaud’s bitters, rosemary, thyme, sage, orange zest

2 oz. American Fifth Gin
.5 oz. house-made honey & herb syrup
2 dashes Peychaud’s bitters
2 rosemary sprigs
2 thyme sprigs
2 sage leaves
2 orange twists

Muddle one of each sprig of each herb and one orange twist in shaker tin. Add ice and remaining ingredients and STIR. Then strain into iced rocks glass. Garnish with orange twist wrapped around remaining sage, thyme and rosemary sprigs.
