2 oz. American Fifth Gin
1/2 oz. fresh lime juice
1/4 oz. house-made simple syrup
6 sour cherries
Ginger beer
Muddle sour cherries with house-made simple syrup in shaker tin. Add all other ingredients, except ginger beer. Shake. Double strain into iced hurricane glass. Top with ginger beer. Garnish with sour cherry lime wheel.
