2 oz. American Fifth Spirits Gin
3/4 oz. fresh-squeezed lime juice
3/4 oz. house-made simple syrup
2 sage leaves
2 orange wedges
egg whites
Muddle orange and sage in shaker tin. Add remaining ingredients and dry shake. Fill with ice. Shake again, very hard. Strain into chilled coupe glass. Garnish with sage leaf, set on fire.
