Plum Ginger Bourbon Sour (27% ABV)

American Fifth Bourbon, fresh lemon juice, house-made ginger syrup, plum, ginger, raw egg white

1.5 oz. American Fifth Bourbon
1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz. house-made ginger syrup
2 slices of Bourbon soaked plums
1 slice fresh ginger
1 egg white

Muddle plum, ginger and house-made simple syrup in shaker. Add remaining ingredients. Dry shake. Wet shake. Strain into chilled rocks glass. Garnish with plum slice.
