1 oz. coconut milk
1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz. house-made cinnamon simple syrup
1/2 oz. rose water
Build all ingredients in iced shaker. Shake. Double strain into chilled coupe glass. Garnish with dried hibiscus petal.
