American Fifth Bourbon, pear juice, house-made caramel & sea salt syrup, allspice
1.5 oz. American Fifth Bourbon
2 oz. pear juice
1/2 oz. caramel sea salt syrup
4 allspice berries
Muddle allspice berries in shaker. Add ice and remaining ingredients. Double strain into chilled martini glass. Garnish with pear wedge.
