1 oz. American Fifth Absinthe
1/2 oz. American Fifth Amaretto
1/2 oz. house-made simple syrup
Star anise
Orange wedge
1 egg white
2 drops house-made orange bitters
Muddle anise and orange slice with simple syrup in shaker. Add all other ingredients. Dry shake. Wet shake. Double strain into chilled coupe glass. Garnish with orange peel.
