1.5 oz. American Fifth Green Tea Gin
1.5 oz. American Fifth White Chocolate Liqueur
1 oz. deionized water
1 bar spoon of matcha tea powder
1 oz. house-made pistachio honey syrup
1 oz. half & half

Build all ingredients in iced shaker. Shake. Double strain into Absinthe glass. Garnish with an activated mint leaf.
