1 oz. American Fifth Whiskey
1/2 oz. house-made simple syrup
1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
1/4 plum, cut into pieces and plum juice to taste
Soda
Muddle plum in rocks glass. Add Whiskey, simple syrup, and lemon juice. Stir. Top with soda and plum juice.
