2 oz American Fifth Whiskey
1/2 oz house-made simple syrup
1/4 oz absinthe tincture
6-7 dashes Peychaud’s bitters
Build all ingredients in shaker. Dry shake. Double strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with orange twist.
