1-1/2 oz. American Fifth Vodka
2-1/2 oz. watermelon juice
1/2 oz. fresh squeezed lime juice
1/2 oz. house-made simple syrup
6 mint leaves
1 dash Mint Hibiscus bitters
Muddle mint and house-made simple syrup in shaker. Add remaining ingredients. Shake. Double strain into chilled coupe glass. Garnish with mint sprig and drunken melon ball.
