2 oz. American Fifth Gin
.75 oz. fresh squeezed lemon juice
.5 oz. McClary’s Beet & Carrot Shrub
.5 oz. house-made ginger syrup
.25 oz. house-made elderberry syrup
3 cucumber slices
2 basil leaves
2 oz. ginger beer
Muddle cucumber and basil with syrups in shaker. Add ice and all other ingredients except ginger beer. shake and strain into iced highball glass. Top with ginger beer. Garnish with cucumber slice.
