1.5 oz. American Fifth Yuzu Vodka
1 oz. house-made strawberry syrup
1/2 bar spoon of citric acid
1 strawberry
2 lime slices
2 oz. Welch’s non-alcoholic Rose’
Muddle strawberry and limes with strawberry syrup in shaker tin. Add all other ingredients, except Rose’. Shake and double strain into iced highball glass. Top with Rose’. Garnish with 3 thin lime wheels.
