1-1/2 oz. American Fifth Vodka
1/2 oz. house-made simple syrup
3 lime wedges
2 bar spoons serrano pepper
1 dash Angostura bitters
Ginger beer
Muddle lime, serranos, and bitters in shaker. Add ice, vodka and simple syrup. Shake. Strain into iced highball glass. Top with ginger beer. Â Garnish with Serrano pepper cap.
