American Fifth Gin of your choice, American Fifth Spirits Ginger Liqueur, fresh lemon juice, house-made mint simple syrup, American Fifth Absinthe, tincture, maraschino cherry, fresh mint, fresh ground star anise.

1.5 oz. American Fifth Gin of choice
1/2 oz. American Fifth Ginger Liqueur
1 oz. fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz. house-made mint simple syrup
2 dashes American Fifth Absinthe
1 maraschino cherry
1 mint leaf
Pinch of fresh ground star anise

Rinse glass with American Fifth Absinthe. Muddle cherry and mint leaf. Build remaining ingredients in glass. Stir. Garnish with 1 star anise.
