American Fifth Vodka, spinach, pineapple juice, fresh lemon juice, house-made simple syrup
1.5 oz. American Fifth Vodka
3/4 oz. house-made simple syrup
1/4 oz. fresh lemon juice
1.5 oz. pineapple juice
3 bar spoons frozen spinach
Muddle spinach with simple syrup in shaker tin. Add ice. Add all other ingredients. Shake. Double strain into chilled martini glass. Garnish with fresh spinach leaf.
