1.5 oz. American Fifth vodka
1 oz. over-steeped earl grey tea
1 oz. house-made lady grey tea syrup
1 egg white
Build all ingredients in shaker. Dry shake. Add ice and shake until chilled. Strain into chilled coupe glass. Garnish with lemon peel.
