Crème Brulée (16.5% ABV)

American Fifth Vanilla Vodka, American Fifth Butterscotch Vodka, house-made horchata, caramel sauce, half & half, egg white

1 oz. American Fifth Vanilla Vodka
1.5 oz. house-made horchata
1/2 oz. American Fifth Butterscotch Vodka
1 oz. caramel sauce
3/4 oz. half & half
1 egg white

Build all ingredients except egg white in iced shaker. Shake HARD to break up caramel. Strain into a new shaker. Add egg white. Dry shake. Pour into chilled rocks glass. Garnish with sugar, caramelized with a torch.
