1 oz. American Fifth Amaretto
1.5 oz. mango nectar
1 oz. pineapple juice
1 bar spoon house-made grenadine
Build all ingredients in iced shaker. Shake. Strain into iced hurricane glass. Garnish with pineapple wedge with skin.
