2 oz. American Fifth White Rum
3/4 oz. fresh squeezed orange juice
3/4 oz. fresh squeezed lemon juice
3/4 oz. house-made simple syrup
1/2 oz. McClary’s Beet & Carrot Shrub
2 dashes house-made orange bitters
Build all ingredients in iced shaker. Shake. Strain into iced highball glass. Garnish with parsley leaves.
