2 oz. American Fifth Coconut Rum
3/4 oz. house-made orgeat
One 1/2″ slice ginger
Muddle ginger with rum in shaker. Add ice and orgeat. Shake. Double strain into chilled martini glass. Garnish with ginger slice.
