American Fifth Spiced Rum, peach nectar, house-made ginger syrup, fresh lime juice, house-made orgeat, Lacroix Passion Fruit, Peychaud’s bitters
1.5 oz. American Fifth Spiced Rum
1.5 oz. peach nectar
3/4 oz. ginger syrup
3/4 oz. fresh lime juice
1/2 oz. house-made orgeat
1/2 oz. Lacroix Passion Fruit
2 dashes Peychaud’s bitters
Build all ingredients except Lacroix and Peychaud’s in iced shaker. Shake. Strain into iced higball glass. Top with Lacroix and Peychaud’s. Garnish with mint leaf.
