Ginger beer, pear juice, pomegranate juice
1 oz. ginger beer
2 oz. pear juice
2 oz. pomegranate juice
Pinch nutmeg
Build pear juice, pomegranate juice and nutmeg in iced shaker. Shake. Strain into iced highball glass. Top with ginger beer. Garnish with dried pomegranate cranberry and crystalized ginger skewer.
