2 oz. American Fifth Gin
1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz. fresh lime juice
1 oz. house-made simple syrup
1 oz. coconut cream
1 oz. house-made aquafaba
6 drops rose water
Soda
Add all ingredients, except soda, in shaker tin. Dry shake. Wet shake. Double strain into chilled highball glass. Top with soda. Garnish with rose petal.
