2 oz. Aged American Fifth Gin
1/2 oz. house-made simple syrup
3 sprays American Fifth Absinthe
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Build all ingredients in iced shaker. Stir. Strain into chilled martini glass. Garnish with lemon twist.
