2 oz. American Fifth Mustard Liqueur
1/2 oz. house-made over-steeped tea
1/4 oz. olive brine
1 bar spoon American Fifth Gin
1 sprig of fresh dill
Build all ingredients into iced shaker. Shake. Double strain into chilled martini glass. Garnish with dill sprig.
