1.5 oz. American Fifth Summer Gin
1/2 oz. American Fifth Elderflower Liqueur
1 oz. watermelon juice
1/2 oz. fresh lime juice
1/2 oz. house-made rosemary syrup
1 scoop of watermelon
Muddle watermelon with house-made rosemary syrup in shaker tin. Add all other ingredients. Shake. Double strain into iced highball glass. Garnish with watermelon skewer.
