1 oz. American Fifth Gin
1 oz. American Fifth Amaretto
1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz. house-made simple syrup
5 raspberries
1 egg white
Muddle raspberries and simple syrup in shaker. Build remaining ingredients. Dry shake. Wet shake. Double strain into chilled coupe glass. Garnish with lemon twist on rim.
