2 oz. American Fifth Gin
3/4 oz. house-made clove syrup
1/2 oz. house-made elderberry syrup
3 dashes rose water
2 oz. soda
Build American Fifth Gin, clove syrup and elderberry syrup in iced shaker. Shake. Double strain into chilled coupe glass. Top with soda and rose water. Garnish with dried hibiscus flower.
