1.75 oz. American Fifth Gin
1.25 oz. pear puree
1/2 oz. simple syrup
2 sprays American Fifth Absinthe
Spray coupe glass with Absinthe. Build remaining ingredients in iced shaker. Shake. Double strain into coupe. Garnish with pear wedge.
