2 oz. Pear/Rosemary infused American Fifth Gin
1/2 oz. caramel/sea salt syrup
3/4 oz. Faygo Creme Soda
3 dashes house-made pear bitters
Build all ingredients in iced shaker. Shake. Double strain into chilled coupe glass.
