1 oz. American Fifth Créme de Menthe
1 oz. heavy cream
1 oz. house-made mint simple syrup
1/2 oz. fresh lime juice
1 egg white
Build everything in shaker. Dry shake. Add ice. Wet shake for 5 seconds. Double strain into chilled coupe glass. Garnish with lime noodles.
