1 oz. American Fifth Gin
1/2 oz. American Fifth Herbal Liqueur
1/2 oz. house-made elderberry syrup
1/2 oz. soda
Build all ingredients, except soda, in iced shaker. Stir. Strain into chilled martini glass. Top with soda. Garnish with thyme sprig.
