1 oz. American Fifth Gin
1/2 oz. American Fifth Fernet
1/2 oz. house-made ginger syrup
Reputation Tart Cherry Kombucha
Large ice cube

Build all ingredients in iced shaker. Shake. Strain into coupe glass. Top with Tart Cherry Kombucha. Garnish with large ice cube and dried grapefruit resting on top.
