1 oz. Angostura bitters
1 oz. American Fifth Gin
1/2 oz. heavy cream
1/2 oz. cherry juice
1/4 oz. fresh lime juice
1/4 oz. house-made simple syrup
1 egg white
1 oz. soda
Build all ingredients except soda in shaker. Dry shake. Add ice. Wet shake. Double strain into chilled coupe glass. Top with soda.
