1 oz. American Fifth Absinthe
1/2 oz. house-made elderberry syrup
1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
3 oz. sparkling cider
Build all ingredients in iced shaker. Shake. Strain into chilled coupe glass. Garnish with lemon peel.
