2 oz. American Fifth High Rye Bourbon
1 oz. house-made honey hot sauce
1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
1 oz. deionized water
1 lemon peel

Build all in iced shaker. Stir. Strain into chilled double old fashioned glass. Garnish with charred lemon peel.
