1.5 oz. American Fifth Batch 54 Bourbon
3/4 oz. house-made honey syrup
3/4 oz. hot water
1/4 oz. fresh lemon juice
Build hot water and house-made honey syrup in mixing glass. Stir. Add all other ingredients with ice. Shake. Strain into iced rocks glass. Garnish: float torched lemon wheel on top of ice.
