1/2 oz. American Fifth Butterscotch Liqueur
1 oz. apple cider
1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
Egg white
4 green apple chunks
Muddle apples chunks and American Fifth Butterscotch Liqueur in shaker. Add all other ingredients. Dry shake. Wet shake. Strain into rocks glass. Top with ice. Garnish with torched apple slice with caramel drizzle.
