1.5 oz. American Fifth Absinthe
1.5 oz. deionized water
1 pear slice
5 blueberries
1 sugar cube
1 spray Peychaud’s bitters
Muddle pear, blueberries and sugar cube in mixing glass. Build American Fifth Absinthe and water in iced mixing glass. Stir. Spray Peychaud’s in glass. Strain mixing glass into rocks glass. Garnish with star anise.
