1.5 oz. American Fifth Chai Bourbon
1/2 oz. maple syrup
3 dashes Angostura bitters
2 allspice berries
1 pinch cayenne pepper
1 pinch smoked paprika
1 pinch sea salt
Muddle allspice berries with maple syrup. Add remaining ingredients to iced shaker. Shake and double strain into chilled coupe glass. Garnish with expressed orange peel.
